Josh was welcoming, gave us time to check out the van, and we quickly decided to buy due to its immaculate condition and his careful selection. On collection day, we had a thorough walkthrough, but discovered the electrical pins for towing had changed since our old van. Josh kindly provided an adaptor and fitted it for us. When we had trouble hitching up, he stayed late and used his tools to help us adjust the towbar. Highly recommend! Josh is full of knowledge, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. We’re excited for our adventures in our ‘Bill’ Bailey!

I had the good fortune of stumbling across Spa Caracans when doing a Google search for an upgraded van. Thank goodness I found them and - wow - what an upgrade it was! An Adria Alpina Mississippi. Beautiful van. Dealing with the company owner, Josh, was a joy. From the get go he was so helpful. He answered all my questions, sent me personalised walk round videos, was honest about a scratch and a cracked light - which he resolved at his own cost and then towed the caravan to my seasonal pitch and settled and levelled it. Utterly faultless service. I wouldn’t - and haven’t - hesitate in recommending him to anyone. Thank you!
